Dr. Dantz is very familiar with all aspects of industrial property rights and their enforcement due to his many years of experience in C-level positions in an industrial environment. 

Based on this experience, he specialises in providing strategic advice to our clients. This always takes into account the respective business model, the company's situation and the competitive environment, as well as on the basis of an IP strategy tailored to the company's objectives and its implementation. 

He is also a recognised expert in the valuation and licensing of IP portfolios - his track record here is in the nine-figure EUR range - as well as the negotiation and drafting of cooperation agreements and contracts in this area of work.

Dr. Dantz has worked successfully for many years in the following technical fields:

Physics, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, semiconductor technology, medical technology, laser technology, automotive technology, energy technology, materials technology, information and communication technology including software. He also specialises in the protection of consumer goods of all kinds.

Parallel to his activities for his own law firm, Dr Dantz is an expert for the IBB's ProFIT funding programme on behalf of the State of Berlin and an advisory board member for the Berlin Brandenburg Innovation Award.
